When can I move in?
You are welcome to move in at anytime during our business hours without the need of prior reservation. It is recommended to call ahead to ensure your desired space is available and ready.
What are the terms of my storage lease?
The lease is on a month-to-month basis. This does not mean you have to sign for a new lease every month, but gives you a lot more flexibility and ease as a customer.
When can I move out?
Unlike competing facilities, we treat customers fairly when it comes to their contract. If you decide that you wish to move out, you may do so at any time before the 1st of the upcoming month. For example: if you tell us on July 26th that you are moving out on July 29th; then, on July 29th you may clean out your unit, come to our office to have a manager certify that your belongings are moved out, and you will not be charged for August or any subsequent month.
What is my responsibility if my address changes?
All you need to do is notify us in writing (email, fax, mail, etc.), include your new address and we’ll update your account accordingly.
How do I pay my bill?
You can pay your bill with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. You can set up automatic payments from your debit or credit card to be charged on the 1st of every month.
How do I move in my items?
We have different sizes of dollies and carts at no charge for your convenience to move your items. We also have a special offer of a free truck rental with every new storage move-in.
Will anyone help me unload when I move in?
Yes, we can arrange for a staff member to assist you in unloading to your rental unit at an affordable price.
